CareerSource Capital Region (CSCR) is the local workforce development board for Gadsden, Leon, and Wakulla counties in Florida. CSCR provides customized solutions for businesses and career seekers in the Capital Region. We help businesses recruit, train, and retain the talent they need to thrive in our economy, and we help career seekers find jobs and train for their careers.

Solutions for employers include recruitment assistance, skills assessments for applicants, customized training, and information on tax incentives. Solutions for career seekers include career counseling, resume assistance, training, and skills development. Employers and career seekers are matched through Employ Florida. All solutions are provided at little to no cost.

Mark your calendar to attend CareerSource Capital Region’s virtual 2021 Talent Innovation Summit, Wednesday, November 3rd, 9am-11:30am.

The Summit will focus on “The ROI of Talent Management” and will feature Eddie Gonzalez Loumiet, CEO of Ruvos as keynote speaker as well as a panel discussion showcasing Lisa Elam (Capital City Bank), Gloria Pugh (AMWAT Moving Warehousing Storage), Lester Hutt (Golden Lighting), and Monique Akanbi (League of Southeastern Credit Unions).

The Summit has been pre-approved for SHRM recertification credits.
